Foreign Language Center 2nd EMI TA Writing Workshop (Fall Semester, 2026-27 Academic Year)

Are you looking to improve your academic writing skills and turn your thoughts into a well-structured paper? The Foreign Language Center invites you to join our 2nd EMI TA Writing Workshop for the Fall semester of the 2026-27 academic year. Under the theme "From Ideas to an Academic Paper: A Step-by-Step Writing Workshop," this session is designed to guide you through the essential stages of the academic writing process.

In this workshop, you will explore three core areas. First, in "Developing Your Ideas," you will learn how to generate, organize, connect, and extend your ideas, clarify the core direction of your paper, and gradually develop scattered concepts into usable writing materials. Next, in "Writing Your First Draft," you will understand how to transform your ideas into a clearly structured and coherent draft while mastering the basic principles of essay organization and paragraph arrangement. Finally, in "Revising with Feedback," you will learn how to understand and evaluate the feedback you receive, identify areas that need strengthening, and translate that feedback into specific revision directions to make your content more complete and organized.
