ASML, the World's Leading Semiconductor Equipment Company, Held Recruitment for Talent at Feng Chia University

Following TSMC’s recruitment in Fengjia in late April, ASML Taiwan Esmol Technology Co., Ltd. also held the ASML Day-Elite Briefing Meeting and Elite Interview at Feng Chia University on May 12th. Nearly 200 Feng Chia students participated in the briefing, setting a record for the company's participation in this campus recruitment tour.

President Bing Jean Lee attached great importance to this ASML's recruitment. He personally attended the elite briefing and said that he was very happy to see the world's top semiconductor equipment companies come to Feng Chia University to find good talents. Feng Chia University has always been actively providing students with good learning and opportunities, with the goal of "cultivating innovative talents who can participate in the industrial upgrading and social transformation". It encourages students to be prepared during their schooling period, have a good professional and a positive attitude. When a good job opportunity comes, it will naturally not be easily let go.

ASML’s Senior Associate Jalen Lin mentioned that ASML’s most important focus is on innovation and design. Taiwan is ASML’s largest base in Asia. In the past six years, Esmol’s employees in Taiwan have tripled. In 2013, there were approximately 1,000 employees. It has expanded to nearly 3,000 employees, and the nationalities of employees span 27 countries, and the composition is extremely diverse. Commissioner Shirley Tangof the Human Resources Department also mentioned that ASML particularly emphasizes the "3C value" of Challenge, Collaborate, and Care. They are actively looking for people who are willing to stand on the international stage.

The reason why Taiwan's semiconductor industry chain can be so hot in the global chip supply shortage, ASML's EUV is indispensable.

It is also the world's largest semiconductor equipment manufacturer and has the world's largest market value. In 2021, it will recruit 600 engineering talents. It is expected that ASML will be available by the end of the year. The number of employees in Taiwan will exceed 3,500.
