On the day of the TSMC NTC industry-academia cooperation course, participating students took a shuttle bus early in the morning to the TSMC Central Taiwan Science Park Training Center. Each floor of the training center has different semiconductor wafer processing equipment, which are usually placed in clean rooms and are not accessible, let alone operated by students. However, during the course, we had the opportunity to operate these machines ourselves.
